Since 1997, he has been a pivotal figure in North American hockey development, specializing in the NGH system under the direct mentorship of Boris Dorozhenko. Pavel is known for his surgical precision in teaching skating technique and his ability to translate professional-level discipline into youth development. As both a coach and a father of elitelevel players, he understands the dedication required to reach the top and is committed to fostering that same excellence in every student at NGH Florida.

James Goon is a veteran instructor with deep-rooted expertise in the Boris Dorozhenko methodology. Having spent years developing talent in the highly competitive Phoenix hockey market, James has mastered the intricacies of the NGH system, making him an invaluable asset to the Florida coaching team. Specializing in skating progression and technical skill integration, James works closely with players to ensure the NGH fundamentals are executed with perfection. Michael Rolnick chased puck dreams since childhood, living for every shift and slapshot. Now, he’s turning that passion into action - guiding kids, including his own, toward their shot at hockey stardom. Outside the rink, Michael is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of a family-owned group of successful companies. He steers the macro-strategy, overseeing domestic and international growth initiatives and major capital investments.
